The Table... Mentor Me

In my years of leadership, I’ve found that most of us are exhausted from trying to "build" ourselves. We’ve been white-knuckling the ledges of our reputations, treating our identity like a goal to be achieved.

The Table is a group mentoring experience designed to stop the construction and start the Awakening.

The Logic of The Table

I’ve intentionally shifted away from one-on-one sessions because I believe identity is sparked most brightly in proximity. At The Table, we gather as a collective of neighbors—not to "fix" one another, but to recognize the reality of who we already are in Him.

Dismantling the Project: We identify the self-protection and "maintenance" mindsets that keep your true reality hidden.
Proximal Wisdom: We sit with the shards of our experiences—leadership, failure, and delight—to find the "spiritual fire" waiting beneath.
The Ministry of Reconciliation: We practice the unhurried work of staying proximal to the truth until the shell drops and the heart breathes.
